Karva chauth is considered the main festival of Hinduism. According to the Hindu calendar, this festival comes on the fourth day of the Kartik month. The festival of Karva Chauth is on 8th October. On this day, married women perform drowsy fast. Karava chutha fasting is considered the most difficult fast because it does not receive a single grain of water and food. The duration of this one-day fast continues till the sun rises in the morning and after worshiping the Moon in the evening. On this day women do makeup and embellished. Every woman wants to look the most beautiful on this day. Only by making makeup can not be beautiful. It is necessary to keep yourself healthy and this morning it is necessary to eat healthy food because this will keep your face glowing throughout the day.

People who believe in Hinduism throughout the whole of India celebrate Karwa Chauth with great fanfare. However, this night is very different in North India, especially in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh etc. It should not be too much to be hungry all day, if you eat too much in the morning it can spoil your health, due to which the colors of your festival may also get faded.

 

Healthy Fast for Karwa Chauth Fast

When you take a meal of a saragi, you must keep in mind some things: –

1.) Sugar consumption – On this day, take sugar intake in a balanced amount. If it is necessary to take sugar food in the syrup, take only a small quantity. Because sweet food has the ability to increase hunger.

2.) Paneer intake Paneer is beneficial for your health, then you can consume paneer because it full the stomach and it also contains more protein intake. Which are beneficial for you.

3.) Consumption of hot water – Take abundant amount of water . You can consume (2-6) glass of lukewarm water. Lukewarm water is absorbed in your body very quickly because the temperature of the water matches the temperature of your body.

4.) Dryfruit intake – Dry fruits are very healthy, they are good for your health. Almonds and walnuts are the right choice for you. In the morning you can consume them. It gives energy to your body and gives you the ability to tolerate hunger.

5.) Keep yourself busy – this is a very good way if you keep yourself busy in any work, your attention will be lost from hunger. If you are getting attracted to hunger, keep yourself busy in some work. You can take help of your friends or family for this. They would also like to spend time with them.

6.) After the fast – during the night when you open your fast, do not eat very spicy and oiled food. These are harmful to your health. Acidity increases in the stomach due to fasting throughout the day. So you should take the amount of food containing carbohydrate and protein.
